London, 4 May 2020 - Global Switch Holdings Limited ("Global Switch" or "the Company"), a leading owner, operator and developer of large-scale, carrier and cloud neutral multi-customer data centres in Europe and Asia-Pacific, today announces a change to its Board of Directors.
Li Qiang, who joined the Board following Elegant Jubilee’s strategic investment in December 2016, has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of Global Switch with immediate effect. Mr Li was Chairman of the Board from December 2016 until September 2019.
The Board and executive management would like to express its gratitude to Li Qiang for his valuable contribution to the company and his efforts over the recent years.
Elegant Jubilee is entitled to nominate a replacement director to the Board and a further announcement will be made in due course.
